I'm not following a plan (like Weight Watchers, etc.). I simply decided to eat less, and along with that, what I did eat, was a better choice (grilled chicken vs. KFC, etc.) I also started exercising for at least 45 minutes a day. I started noticing it about 3 weeks in when I put on a pair of jeans that were skin tight before. They were SNUG but they weren't so tight I couldn't wear them. Even if it was a lot of water weight I was losing at that point it was just the incentive I needed to keep going!
