Well if the argument is that tea and coffee contain at least a cup of water and should be counted as your daily intake; then you should count things like beer as well because its just barley, hops and water.

I love camping (tent) but don't get to go as much as I would like. Darn work getting in the way. I do have a trip coming up at the end of the month. Most the camping I do is in upstate New York. Love spending time in the Adirondacks.

I have a busy schedule and i hate shopping. I started ordering from a company called Nature Box. They send you 5 healthy snacks (each snack is a few servings) in a box monthly. They pick out the snacks for you...it comes right to the your door. Ive had it for 2 months now...love it.

My weight loss wasn't shown in the chart, for the 30th I was 274.3. No biggie but when you get a chance can you fix it.

Cheesecake factory. I don't like cheesecake so that doesn't temp me at all but it was hard to find healthy choices there. I work multiple jobs and long hours; it totally effects my weight loss and fitness. Planning ahead, having healthy snacks and preparing meals ahead of time helps but when I get home from the long hours I grab whatever is on hand.
