  • I find myself doing the same thing. The only way I can keep from it is to find something else to keep me busy. If I'm just trying to kick back and relax and the nagging snack attack hits I have to get out of the house or start working at something. It's extremely hard for me at work because I set at a desk all day and find…
  • I'm sorry you are struggling right now. I hope that you find a way to get started on this journey again. Just think of how good you felt when you first started changing your lifestyle. Go back to that moment and just start all over. You can do this. You're kids need you to be the healthiest you can be. Good luck and keep…

  • Good luck to everyone on tomorrows weigh in. I hope we all see a loss this week. :drinker:
  • I don't know for sure but I would guess that your body is getting used to what you are giving it and you're "needing/wanting" something else. I have to switch up my foods from time to time to keep from feeling like I'm starving.

  • Thanks everybody! I think knowing I made the right choice and other people noticing it makes me feel even better. Maybe it will "inspire" someone else to make better choices. I'm not one to cram weightloss down others throats but you all know what I mean.
  • She probably just feels threatened by how good you are looking and how good you're going to look later. I'm glad you called her on it though. That's just mean and nasty out of her. Keep up the good work.
  • You look fantastic!!!! The difference is AMAZING.
  • Thanks everybody!!!!!

  • Ok, today is my normal weigh in day and I'm at 295!!!!! Woo HOOO!!! I'm so excited. After posting my weight on here on Wednesday I was kind of down but then on Thursday morning I saw a couple of pounds less and then this morning I'm down 4.8 pounds from last Friday's weight. • Thanks Loathesome. I don't see it as much as everybody else does but I can definitely tell it in my clothes and how I feel
  • Your words are so true. I felt that I just couldn't possibly count calories and excercise so I didn't and I got fatter and fatter. I tried the excuse that I didn't have anybody doing it with me. Nobody would understand it(been there, done that) and I would just be miserable. Surprisingly it isn't near as hard as I thought.…
  • Ok. Here they are again. Maybe you all can fix them. I'm sorry. This isn't working. I'm going to just put them in my profile and you can see them there.
  • Well crud, I can't get them to work. If someone can edit them I would appreciate it.
  • I'm going to try to post mine. This is 11/30/2008 and I was around 350 pounds then:embarassed:
  • Best thing I've ever done to lose weight. I've tried WW and LA Weight Loss which cost a fortune and this is FREE. All you need is will power and the support of this wonderful group of people. Good luck to you.
  • BMR is the number of calories you would burn if you were to do nothing all day long but set and breathe. To lose weight you have to eat at a deficit and that's where the 1200 calories a day comes in. Hope that helps.
