you make a whirl wind trip to the store to pick up meds and make it back to the vehicle and you aren't winded or flushed. (big for me) you put on your shoes and your ankles don't pudge over the tops you can get on the riding lawn mower and fit behind the steering wheel:blushing:

Congrats on the loss so far. I'm sure you will see tons more success in the future by adding exercise. I am also following this same path. I am working on losing some weight by counting my calories and cutting back and will incorporate some serious exercise in the future. Good luck to you.

I am motivated by having someone that depends on me for their success. Does that make sense? If I know that for them to do good I need to do just as good or better then I'm all in for it. I suppose it makes me feel like I'm failing someone else if I don't do it. I really wish I had someone to exercise with that "needed" me…

My guess would be that your body is "needing" a little something to make it to lunch since the water didn't help. Have a snack between breakfast and lunch. Spreading your calories out through the day keeps your metabolism up.
