I should have searched before I posted...lol...I posted the same thing today. I am starting the program tomorrow! I'm really curious to see how it goes. I hope it helps me to hit my 10lbs loss for the month of June and July. I am tring to lose 30lbs in the 99 days between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Cardio challenge: break out grade school favorites. Dust off or borrow a jump rope or a hula hoop. Both burn an insane amount of calories and work that jiggly mid section. Try to hang in there for 10 to 20 min to get your heart rate up!
