squats, lunges and walking on an incline of 10 for 30 - 60 minutes i saw a difference in getting more of a C shape on my butt in 4 days :D

I think 120 is way to low for being 5'10 because im 5'1 and my " suppose" to weight is 120 - 122, For 5'10 its 153 and the low for 5'10 is 132 so id rethink that if i were you.
