60 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week, plus some other fun cardio things i do

if you want more calories then your going to have to exercise and that way you will have more calories and you wont have to worry about going over your calories limit

treadmill for 60 minutes incline around 8 - 10 and doing 5.5 to 9 on the speed its more high intensity but burns ALOT of calories

Today ill stay on track cause i got a big trip waiting for me at the end once i hit my goal weight. :D

daym that sucks ahaha but im not gunna lie it did make me laugh ahaha poor you, you should reward yourself one more time and buy another brand name pair of jeans just make sure all bleach is out of sites when you wear them ahahaa

psh i lost everything there, i went from pretty much almost being a C to an A and in some bras sometimes an A is a bit big so sad so sad -.- :indifferent: :mad:

yes you have around 4 weeks it is possible to lose 10 pounds will it be easy? HELL NO!!! work out 6 days a week do cardio every day for about 1-2 hours and strength training 3-4 days a week, and eat healthy with all that said good luck have fun hope the best for you :)

no offence but thats the stupidest thing i have ever heard in my life you might as well cut off an arm or leg cause that will make the scale say you lost weight but really you wont be healthy, i have very long hair that touches my *kitten* but its hair NOT fat that makes you gain and lose weight, like if you want to lose…

before i had MFP, from janurary till now i lost 40 pounds and went from size 16 to size 10 :bigsmile:

i workout right in the morning when i wake up i workout out for 30 minutes then i eat breakfast then i wait about an hour or so later then do either another 30 minutes or an hour depending if im busy that day or not usually by noon im done working out

1000 calories in 30 minutes is just way to fast and harsh on your body, i burned 100 calories every 5 minutes so in 60 minute i burn around 1000 to 1200 calories
