Also, be forewarned that if you "carbo-load" before the race or the night before, unless you empty your stomach so to speak before the race, you're going to have to stop at a restroom along the way. That counts against your time, too. You'll find whatever works for you and you'll do great. :) Don't sweat it too much!

I ran the Disney princess half marathon in March. It took me three and a half hours since I had to slow down due to injury. I also burned 3000+ calories. This eating/drinking schedule got me through the race with no on-course potty breaks. Believe me, you do NOT want to have to wait in the ridiculous lines for a bathroom…

I can't help drinking 10-12 cups a day. That's only 5 or 6 refills of my water bottle and that is really easy to do just sitting at my desk. I always get rid of one bottle during a workout too.

Welcome to MyFitnessPal! Congratulations on taking the first steps and already getting great results! I know you'll get to your goal. Great job!

I've completed Fire 30, Stretch 10 and, this morning, HIIT 15. I loved Fire 30, even though I was lost for most of it. I need to go back and review the New to Class feature. The calorie burn is amazing and who doesn't love that?! HIIT 15 is a beast for me. My knees aren't as strong as they could be so I definitely can't…

Just got TurboFire today and did the Fire 30/Stretch 10 workout. IT. WAS. AMAZING! :) Easier than Insanity, harder than TurboJam. I'm fairly certain harder than TurboKick too. I was totally lost for most of it since I skipped the "New to Class" part to learn the moves. I also took several breaks to catch my breath. Even…

Welcome! I climbed to my highest at 220 in 2004-2005 and lost about 30 pounds that I've kept off. My goal is 160 and beyond (if possible) so I'd love to follow you along your journey! Best of luck and expect a friend request coming your way :)

Welcome to MFP! I have a 300-something-calorie meal replacement shake every morning to get me started on my day. You should be able to look at my food diary to check out my schedule. I think it's completely reasonable to have 400 calories for breakfast and like everyone said, just stay within your limits. :) For dinner, I…

I weigh 198 pounds at 5'9 1/2." MFP allotted me 1200 calories a day in order to lose 2 pounds a week. My day consists of eight hours at a desk being about as sedentary as a slug. I try to work out almost every day and have needed to since joining MFP. I go over 1200 calories every day by about 100-300. When I get home, I…

Will you guys be starting another round challenge? I'm in Florida next to the beach and would love to join this group. :)

I also ordered mine Saturday and opted for the 2-day shipping so it hopefully gets here faster! I am so psyched to start this challenge. I have already been through a round of TurboJam. I lost 5 pounds and 7 inches total. I'm gearing up for my TurboKick instructor training at the end of August so I know TurboFire will get…
