PMSL - I am used to people saying 'dayum you look like you've had to many snacks!' so it's nice to hear the opposite
-
Ahhhh peanut butter *drools*.... see? That's something I wouldn't have thought of as to me it doesn't SEEM healthy enough. Pah!
-
Many thanks :)

Many thanks for this. Little confused though...surely if there is no such thing as a healthy food then there is no such thing as an 'unhealthy' food, which seems a little baffling as we are told 'eat healthy' and 'fast food is unhealthy' from so many sources. I appreciate that all foods are neither here nor there when…

 Hey Cool Kids! There seems to be a lot of experience and knowledge on here so I was wondering if some you could take a look at my post in Food and Nutrition where I have asked for expert assistance?

I don't use the word 'dream' ... I prefer 'goal' :) I have hundreds and I review them every three months. One for me at the moment that I don't see happening unless I take massive action is becoming a life coach :)
-
Now I am confused... I am just over 200lbs and according to online calculators I am 27%??? I must be more than that?!

Okay will do, although I am not actually losing weight from it so far - just inches, and it's not really high impact, it's just on my stationary bike to a level where I am sweating but not breathless. Even so - I will take the weekend off.
-
I mean 300 mins from Monday - Wednesday (today) I don't exercise on the weekend if that helps? Well I say I don't.... I was planning to ignore that rule and exercise this weekend :-/
-
Phew - I thought it was just me! I was in bed last night and ended up getting back up to go and jump on the exercise bike. Lol not normal behaviour!

1. I can't let things 'hang' off the edge...if there was a pencil hanging off the side of my desk for example, I would just HAVE to move it so none of it was hanging off the edge 2. I can't be around people when they eat cereal...it's the line of milk between the lips...makes me feel ill. 3. I can't have anything touching…

Lol indeed! The internet and forums are a psychologist's dream!!!

This is confusing reading... It's really nice that one person wants to shout about the 'cool kids' and the good they do but at the age we all are should we really care if we are cool or not, particularly enough to cause arguments? I grew out of needing to group myself with others in order to feel accepted a long time ago.…
-
Sorry - that's my bad wording

-
 I sacked off those 6inches a long time ago...he bugged me
-
Sounds logical... cheers :) and yes Tight it is the start for me

Same time of day Same place yes . Don't have a TOM No stress Both times were after exercise but different foods the night before
-
 HAHA
-
I measure quite a few different places to be honest.... the loss was combined from 6 different places I've been doing at the very least an hour a day on my exercise bike too, the majority of the loss was from hips and thighs

Managed to find it online to watch.... For anyone interested.... http://documentaryheaven.com/10-things-you-need-to-know-about-losing-weight/

Don't know if any of you have a Farmfoods locally but they do frozen meat/fish really cheap and Weightwatchers meals (great for quick low cal lunch) for £1 etc. May have to take a little walk down there now I've said that...
-
Maybe worth jumping on the Big Retailers websites and doing a bit of price comparison? Create a shopping list of 15 things that you buy all the time and see which is cheaper? I do this quite often...sad but true :)
-
Perhaps we should start a UK shopping group to let each other know of good offers etc? BTW if anyone wants to add me feel free - all of my friends so far are American, I need some local support! :D

Nope it's not something that appeals to me :) I find them far too skimpy and in my head it's the same as walking around in your underwear.... Fair play to anyone that chooses to wear them though.

Seriously, I really don't like it and I would more than likely laugh and ask if that had ever actually worked. So contrived!
