In the first two pictures I can definitely see a difference in your entire body. As for the last picture, it's hard to see your body as much, but your face definitely looks significantly thinner in the last photo. Keep up the good work! You could also try taking side views as they tend to show the change a lot.

I've always shaved my thighs, so the hair grows back and I must shave it again. Although, I do feel like it grows a little slower than the rest of my leg hair. As for above the thighs....I do some trimming, and in the summer I shave it all off. :devil:

I've lost 14lbs in 4 months. But I've been stuck at 141-142 for a month. I'm hoping that my weight will go down again since I've been trying harder to keep on track.

You look amazing! How tall are you? If it's just motivation that you need, then think about that number and how you can get to it if you just set yourself to the task. Try some new workouts that are challenging or interesting. You can do it!

Veggies! Some have carbs, but much better than bread, popcorn and chips! Beef sticks are another good option, especially because you'll get some protein too.
