Not at all, my boyfriend has been at points where he's gained a little weight, and had some stretch marks. I doubt he even notices them since they are only on his legs really. He's joining me to lose weight though!

I'm not as short as some people, but I'm 5'4" and I find that 1200 is way way too little for me. The best way to determine how many calories you need is your TDEE. That's awesome! I also have a lot of belly fat. but I've read that leg presses/squats (squats are more challenging but some would argue more effective) and deadlifts are a superior method for building muscles I recently began weight training (heavy lifting) and it is awesome. I'm doing squats for the first time on Thursday!

Even if it's a side effect that others experience, it's not worth it!! Yes you know the ingredients, but you don't know what they are. Stay away from pills and supplements that promote quick weight loss and such they are bad news bears.

I'm weight training again tomorrow! This will be my second time working my chest, back and core. I'm gonna go heavy because last time I didn't push myself with some of the free weights. On Thursday, I'm going to try squats!

I've never had a reason to take mine out, even when I gained 25 lbs I kept it in cause it's cute. My mom is 52 years old and she got hers pierced at around 40 and she still has it. Go for it, get it pierced! It's fun and cute!

I have a Polar ft4 and it is really easy to use and tells me how many calories I burn without any trouble. Definitely get an HRM with a chest strap

I know this is not accurate..... I still have a big layer of fat around my belly, plus it only asked for hip measurements and another body fat tester says 30% while this one says 20% and I am nowhere near an athletic body type

61 days till June 1st! I have begun weight training, so I hope to build a lot of muscle which will help me lose the belly fat and leg fat I have. I'm 142 right now and hope to get to 129-135 depending on how my body looks. By June 1st I hope to have lost a couple inches from my waist, hips and thighs.

Scratch that, I'm doing the leg press which I know is similar to the squat. Should I stick with the leg press for a while or should I try real squats? And should I deadlift....sounds scary lol??
