I'm joining!! I weigh myself almost everyday and it needs to stop. I begin weight training on Tuesday, so I will just be tortured if I keep weighing.

MFP's auto settings are not the best. I use my TDEE and my BMR and eat in between that instead of 1200. I now eat 1500 minimum, PLUS my exercise calories. I never have net carbs under 1350

I just started doing this, but I have tried not to go by what the scale goes, since my workout routine is muscle building too. I'm hoping there will be some results! I did lose a pound while on vacation in Mexico!

My mom believes in god and thinks I will someday, but I know it's not just going to change. My grandma is religious and my boyfriend's family is pretty religious too. It usually doesn't get in the way, I avoid religious conversations with them and enjoy myself as best as I can.

I just bought the FT4 for pretty cheap new. Less than $70. I haven't used it, but the interface is easy to follow and the strap is cloth and not plastic, so more comfortable than other straps.

I'm so sorry for your loss :(. Only time can heal this, but do things that will help you feel better. be with family or read a book. Remember the good times you had with these people while they were alive, they loved you and you loved them. You can get through this, it will make you even stronger. <3

I'm on W3D6 last day of w3 tomorrow! I used 8lb weights for the first time today and I love that I can feel the burn while I'm doing the workout. I'm very excited for week 4! I can't wait to see the results!
