Mine got stepped on and they replaced it! I was so happy! I am currently on the last book in the Millenium Series by Stieg Larrson. I would also recommend The Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Hobbit (some people haven't read them, so I always recommend them.) Slaughterhouse Five, and Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut.

You shouldn't deal with their negative comments, but if you want to throw it in your face, find some facts about health issues from being overweight, such as diabetes and heart conditions. I don't see how you can waste so much food....I waste some veggies every once in a while, but not half the groceries I bought. I don't have a family, it's just my boyfriend and I, but I think it's harder for me not to waste foods...I cook a pound of hamburger for tacos, we can have two meals from that, and the taco meat…

I don't weight more than my boyfriend, but at my highest weight of 155 my boyfriend was at his lowest weight of 160. I'm 145 now, and he is 169 so I feel much better. You can get smaller than your spouse....well probably not most men. :tongue:

I don't struggle to eat my calories either! Sometimes I'm 100 under, but it really depends on what I eaten. I've never eaten under 1,100 while on this site, and tracking. I'm looking forward to my ice skating class, I'll burn more calories two days a week and then get to eat more (healthy) food.

It's crazy to see how some states shift from being some of the healthiest in 1998 to the most unhealthy in 2008. This can be changed.... I would have to guess and say that this is because a bag of chips, a candy bar, a frozen pizza, a donut, a meal at any fast food chain costs less than a pound of veggies, or chicken.

You did awesome! This is very inspiring and motivational considering I am about half way through 30DS and have had days where I didn't do it, and I mostly follow the modified versions. I am so pumped to continue this workout and see just how much of a difference there will be.
