I used Burn Fat Boost Metabolism for a day and that really kicked my *kitten*! It's a 45 minute circuit workout, but without the strength part like in 30DS. I'd have to guess it would help you lose some pounds.

I completed day 6 of level 1 today, going to do level 1 tomorrow through Saturday and start level 2 on Monday. I just skipped through the level two video and WOW do those girls look sweaty and worked out. I'm scared and excited to start level 2!

Thanks everyone! I have lost two pounds so far, and I don't think my BC pills are having any negative effects.
