I did not like the IUD. It was painful to be put in, 10x worse than real menstrual cramps. During sex, I could feel it and so could my boyfriend. I would get really bad cramps and it was just unbearable. I only had it for about 4 months. I would never get one again. I'm back on ortho tri cyclen lo and everything is good.

I can't remember exactly where I read it, but it was from a reputable place, that said eating whole pasta and rice does not have much of a difference. Like you have pointed out, as for bread there's a much bigger difference so it's better to eat wheat than white.

I figured out the adjusted calorie amount and plan on eating more on the days that I work. It's about 300-400 calories more per day I work. I'll just go on how hungry I feel, but continue counting calories so I know if I'm doing something right/wrong.

How is it THAT many calories?? Being organic makes it that much more? Regular bacon is only 70 calories for two pieces.

I have made the bacon cupcakes, and they are so so so delicious. I did regular eggs and scrambled with cheese which turned out awesome. I love love love bacon.

My towels don't get soiled by my butt, because I wash my butt in the shower, lol. I use the same towels for one or two weeks, then I use my stockpile of clean ones. I only wash towels about every month since I have a closet filled with clean ones and I think that they should all just get washed at once.

Here are my bikini pictures from this morning, I look tired and silly lol. I'm 139lbs as of today and hoping to get to around 125-130lbs, or whatever weight I'm at when my belly is flat. I'm about 80% confident right now, but I'm feeling better with every pound, inch and workout.

I have 4 tattoos, one is the one ring from the LOTR (around my wrist), one is a peace sign and daisy on my right shoulder, one is a tattoo in German commemorating my Grandpa with two red die. The last is 3 world war II airplanes dropping an incendiary bomb (on my ribs).

I just eat pizza. Real, delicious, greasy pizza. You can't give up everything. Also, bacon. I will never buy turkey bacon. I like REAL bacon.
