cool then it is not just me lol i resort to using the calculator now !! say i am 11st 10 lbs bleugh as i am 11 x 14 = 154 + 10 = 164lbs.

same thing happened to me last night i was almost crying i wanted to eat something really naughty and high in cals. i havent really had too many treats and a fellow dieter said i should schedule a treat into my diary every once in a while. good luck to you x

I plan on a daily basis and do my best not to change it.. then I jsut add in my snacks it works for me I kinda treat my kitchen as a restaurant and pr ordered food ... restaurant also has closing times lol

I use chili with everything lol Quorn doesnt need marinating with meat as it immediatley absorbs flavours I love quorn anyhow for its versitility just cook with it as you would meat ... just needs heating and sauces/flavours added. try the chicken pieces, mix with garlic, fresh ginger,spring onions, soya sauce , oyster…

personally I think diet microwave meals arnt so good as the real thing :) they never seam to fill me up and I end up snacking. have you tried using the 'add recipe' here its really good. I also tend to plan my day in the morning food wise so I can adjust as necessary. It seams to work for me anyway. I am sure the lean…

picked up on two ideas mind ... water and making the kitchen closed like a restaurant is..... but oh me too!!! I try snacking on carrots/spinach/fruit nowadays apposed to crisps /nachos &dips. but would love any tips on breaking the need to eat again as soon as dinner is finished.

I love the idea of mixing oranges with the spinach and balsamic with a sprinkling of almonds !! definatley getting the idea of mixing the Vit C with iron rich foods.

oh and if my iron count hastn moved my doctor has told me a blood transfusion will be the next step!! obviously a route i do not wish to travel

wow thanks everyone.. yes i have been to the doctors and regularly have blood tests taken hence i know my iron level is seriously low. I have upped it a bit and stopped taking the iron suppliments (without doctors permission ) a while back but with the 'report here' i am thinking for once would be nice to have a normal…

thanks. have started snacking on raw spinach with light soy sauce! and seam to be adding spinach to meals a fair bit. thinking though should go back to iron tablets :(

suffering reguarly from amnemia I had some fresh spinach around... when the muchies took hold I had it with light soy sauce.... delicous also low snacking on raw carrots... got to be careful though i did snack alot on them before and went a nice shade of orange

I just had a quick look, but you have a very high calorie allowance... not that I am jealous or anything lol but is this correct? also can only agree alot of sweet stuff going on even at breakfast.

I have dropped wine and have an occasional vodka and diet coke (55 cals) eventually want to drop the alcohol to be honest but at least this way not too calorific
