How about keeping your oatmeal (if you really like it) and just switching your banana to mixed berries? Half a cup of mixed fresh berries is less than half the amount of calories of a medium banana! I'll have to check out the "Lite Salt" option I think. Also, I don't tend to salt my food as I'm cooking it but then I over salt when I'm about to eat. I'm wondering if I salt during the cooking process if I then wouldn't need to salt after? Something to try I guess! :) Thanks for the advice!
