Increase potassium and magnesium intake......tomatos, coconut water, bananas..would help to add both regularly to your dialy intake to always help counteract sodium intake.

Absolutely! I cook with it, alternate between olive, grapeseed and coconut...it's high in potassium, great for hair and skin...I actually make my own skin products with it too! Makes the BEST lip balm! and lotions, body scrubs....

I'll be 54 in April....focusing more on being healthy first, the weight loss is an added plus...feeling much, much better getting off all my meds for hbp, hcholesterol and arthristis. Healthiest I've been in years! and I'm not done yet..... Feel free to add me. :flowerforyou:
