I don't see what the big deal is. Everyone is different, that means different thinks work for different people. Today I netted -927 calories.

Yeah all I have been doing to this and watching what I eat. I have take two days off. Each a Sunday to help my muscles heal some.

Personally I think level 2 was the easiest. ( I have only been using 2 pound weights since I haven't exercised in over 4 almost 5 years) I didn't want to hurt myself and have to stop. I just finshed level 3 day 3. I love it! Her voice drives me crazy so. I just mute it and pump up some music. I have lost 14 pounds and over 20 inches so far. I am currently doing it. I am on level 3 day 3. I love it!!! I am going to do it again once I'm finished with heavier weights. So that would put me at a start date of Thursday the 6th! I'm in!

I am on day 14 (level 2 day 4) I love it!!! I haven't really lost anything since when I'm started but I'm down 11 inches!!!!

I'm right there with you! If only you magically weighted that in 5 weeks! Mine was ridiculously low today because of playing a volleyball match. It was equivalent to loosing 26 pounds in 5 weeks!

I am on day 10 of level 1. I can't wait to start level two even though it sounds as if it is REALLY hard. On the 1st day I could only complete 6 modified push ups on day 9 I made it to 30! I only bought 2lb weights and am now regretting it. I though since I haven't exercised in over 4 years that two years would be enough…

I went to a very small high school that my mother also worked at. One day she asked me of I signed up for Jenny Craig because the school office fax machine kept getting faxes from them for me...... I never signed up someone in school did it as a mean cruel prank.
