I made this tonight using a pineapple flavored cake with the angel food. It was pretty decent. Next time I plan to heat up a pineapple slice with a teaspoon of brown sugar and eat it together with the 3-2-1. Instant pineapple upside down cake!

Have a grill? I was considering making marinated chicken and vegetable kabobs. With red peppers cut into hearts. I haven't tried it yet but may also shake up the mix for 3-2-1 cake. What's Valentine's Day without something sweet?!

This was me last week. I knew it was coming. I ate a light healthy breakfast, a normal 450 cal dinner, and left plenty of room for chocolate chip cookies in the middle part of the day. Congrats! Love your story! I had a little boy in March '11 as well. I am basically the same height/ weight as you 5'6.5" and 218 SW and am looking for a 70 pound loss. I'm also in my 40s. Your husband looks like he has a new wife comparing the company party photos. Thanks for the story and pics. Very inspirational.

I made a batch of banana oatmeal cookies last week, incorporated them into MFP and was able to take off three pounds. They are like little lovely banana breads. Keeper.

3500 calories = 1 pound. *week will do that for you. Next week you should see more.

Once you have reached goal weight, take your weight an multiply by 12. That is the amount of calories you can eat to not gain weight. This may take adjusting from your MFP calorie target a little at a time.
