I can only think of one model right now, whitney thompson. She's 5'10 and between 140-159 pounds. She's a plus size of course because of this damn industry, but man, is she a knock out! :)

I'm 5'3 as well, with a goal weight of 130 at the moment. I think you should aim with right now what you are comfortable, either it be 5 or 20 pounds. Start off small, maybe 5 pounds for a goal, and when you get there decide if you would like to go lower or if you are satisfied.
