I have seasonal allergies and I take OTC Zyrtec gels everyday, Flonase nasal spray at night and for a race/important event I will take an extra allergy pill like Zyrtec or Allegra. It's a pain but it does get better. As long as I stay consistent with taking my Flonase every night during serious allergy season I don't have…

Bump, I have this same problem and love all the suggestions!

You look AMAZING! Thank you for posting and motivating me (and I'm sure many others). I just completed my first 1/2 marathon two weeks ago and my second two days ago and I'm about to start incorporating more weights now that I'm not afraid of injuring myself before a race and you have definitely motivated me. Great job!…

AWESOME! What an exciting problem to have! :flowerforyou: It's definitely nerve wracking to start wearing clothing that actually fits/flaunts your shape but you earned your body and deserve to show it off in the best light! I would say check out some store's clothing catalogs and find outfits you like and try them out. Or…

I love all these suggestions! I usually have coffee and a banana but that's not the most filling so I'm excited to try some of these suggestions! :drinker:

AWESOME!!! :drinker: I was thrilled to do my first half in sub 3 (by 44 seconds, lol!). My second 1/2 is this weekend, not sure how that's going to go but I'm excited. I'll also be running it with my sister.

My favorite arm exercises are bicep curls into an overhead press, a row where you squat and do rows with your palms facing the floor, another set where your palms are facing each other, overhead tricep press and another one where I lift my arms to shoulder height away from me (start with arms at side, holding dumbell and…

I've seriously been considering doing this method, thank you for your thoughts/experience with it! :flowerforyou:

At my 1/2 marathon I ran last weekend, I burned 2917 calories by running for 2:59:16. I'm a pretty big girl so I know that's part of it but it's definitely doable.

Awesome job! I need to do this dvd again, it definitely works! I've been holding off on it so I don't injur myself before my 1/2 marathon this weekend but you've motivated me to do it again after the races! I didn't realize the firs time I did it that you do each level for 10 days so I just kept doing a level until I felt…

BUMP, loving all these suggestions. I am in the same boat as the OP so I need to try these.

You can do it! I'm about an inch shorter than you and maybe 2-3 lbs less so we have similiar goals. My goal weight is actually 165 lbs (the same weight I was in high school when super active and a size 8) so I've got a ways to go but MFP is definitely helping me! You can do it! :drinker: I'll be looking forward to…

I actually just read about this in January and definitely want to do it! If I don't die on my 1/2's and can get my distances up in time to do a local marathon in September then I think my husband and I are going to try to do the Goofy Challenge in 2014. I'm a sucker for medals and I love that you get three medals and three…
