Two a days is something that should be worked up to, and still isn't for everyone. You could be putting your body at risk of over training and injury. This can also be a concern with one long session per day. It's great that you are motivated and want to lose weight and make changes, but be careful.

What are your macros currently? When I met with a RD, she said I wasn't getting enough healthy fats. She said the lack of the healthy fats in my diet were likely attributing to my cravings. Now, how we respond to the cravings is on us - one cookie vs the entire batch.

I can't remember for sure, but it seems to me it had a higher sugar count, or there were some weird ingredients listed. I prefer to make my own, but if you are in a pinch, it's better than skipping the meal altogether.

Rest days are important to allow your muscles time to recover and rebuild from the work we put it through. Keep in mind a rest day can (and should) still include some movement, such as walking the dog or going for a few easy miles on the bike. Two to three rest days a week is good for someone beginning to exercise.

Tilapia is my favorite fish to eat. I like the single packs from Whole Foods. You get 2 filets for so few calories. I often grill mine up on the foreman with some fresh lemon juice and creole seasoning.
