I'm a huge fan of mashups. I'm a cycle instructor so I get bored of music quickly - especially mainstream stuff. Mashups give a good variety. Check out Steady130 for some fun mixes.

If you have have bad knees, Insanity may aggravate them. Be sure to modify the moves when you need to. There's lots of jumping in the videos.

My suggestions: -Only buy enough fresh fruits/veggies that you can eat before they go bad. It's okay to make a second trip to the store. I had some of the same concerns. Advice I was given, just stick with it. Most of the magic apparently happens in month 2. Also, we do not have the same amount of weight to lose as maybe some others do. Try to ignore the scale, stick with the workouts, and on day 30, remeasure and take updated photos.

Lulu is my favorite to wear!! The capris don't fall down when I run, the run swiftly tops are comfy. I don't ever have any problems with chafing. And it all washes excellent!! To me, it's worthy every dime.

Oh my!!! You were a beast yesterday!! I have cardio recovery today. I was supposed to run 9 miles yesterday for my marathon training, but it just didn't happen. Food happened instead :( So, Ima gonna hit up the treadmill in a few, followed by Insanity. Let us know how today goes!

I like a little balsamic vinegar on my sprouts. I would just bake them both seasoned with your favorite spices/seasonings. Fish is good with some lemon juice and black pepper, Old Bay Seasoning, or creole.
