I do track my coffee intake. I have switched to splenda, but still gotta have my creamer! I usually have 2 cups per day, which adds up to quite a few calories.

totally agree. the world today is so sex charged! it is hard to raise a daughter to be proud of herself and her body, regardless if her body type is that of celebs on television.

i agree as well! It is hard to believe. You forget what real, fresh food tastes like after eating processed crap for so long! I am trying to get back to more fresh, less processed myself.

I also have 3 kids...a daughter 9, and two sons, 6 years and 8 months. I love your quote above!

I am 5'9" tall and 31 years old. starting weight post baby #3: 216 current weight: 184.6 goal weight: 160 - I'd love to be 150, but i feel like 160 is reasonable and obtainable before June - a year after giving birth for the 3rd and final time~

My 9 year old daughter and I do it also. It may just be that I am out of shape, but doing 30 minutes of that gets my heartrate up for sure! I count it in my daily workout totals also. :ohwell:

i saw that too and just added the sodium tab yesterday. 2500g seems so high to me, but 1000g is pretty low, too.

I know right, I am a cheese-a-holic!

I'm from Alabama, USA...but would love to be friends with people from other countries for support, as well as to see the variations in types of meals, preparing meals, etc. Please friend me!

Also new here! I am trying to lose baby weight and then some. I'm 5'9, and was at 216 post baby #3. (I was at 179 before baby #3 - which was a little high for me). I lost down to 185 on my own, and began MFP at the beginning of this month to help me with the rest. I'd like to get down to 160.
