  • I just go with it :0) It does help with discomfort. I was so excited to weigh in yesterday and woke up with mine :( I thought "really" today of all days. I did loose little over a pd but so frustrating :(

  • I actually had it so bad I was to the point of puking at times, lol! But they were amazing trainers and got me where i am today! Cant wait to hear how you like it. Do not forget to measure :0) I did right before the workout and will see what it is in 30 :happy:
  • I started out at 239.9 and am currently 155.6...I would like to be 145 :0) And I will get there with much hard work and positve thinking.

  • When I get upset or have emotional issues I will go for a walk, pop in workout dvd, or go out for a walk if have to. I agree grab something healthy and you will feel better then eating ice cream, candy ect... You can do this

  • I agree with you 100 % I am on week one. I made it to week three and ended up sick. I had to start all over :( So now I really am hating him, lol! I just get into a zone and try to tune out.

  • Actually I do have one of them :blushing: I am lucky enough to have met him 3.5 years ago and going strong ever since. ..loved me at 196 lbs and loves me at my currant weight of 158 :heart:
