Some people have a lower vascular resistance and better cardiac output than others. Your heart doesn't have to pump as many times to keep your blood pressure up. Having a low heart rate in the higher 40's and up is okay as long as you can maintain your blood pressue with it. If your heart rate was in the 30's then I would…

Reminds me of the Napoleon Dynamite movie when Kip says "I'm getting a little T O'ed because she hasn't sent me a full body shot yet".

I wouldnt worry about running as much as just keeping your heart rate up in the fat burning zone. Running when you are heavier also puts more strain and pounding on your joints. Keep your heart rate up during exercise and slowly work your way into jogging as you lose the weight. You'll do great!

You won't always lose weight every week. Some weeks it will be inches and other weeks it will be body fat percentage. Keep track of your measurments, body fat percentage, weight, and BMI to see your progress the best. Keeps you motivated. Last week I didn't lose a pound but dropped a half percent in body fat.

Apple seeds contain arsenic.......so I wouldn't eat those.

Your period can make you slightly anemic which would explain the weakness. Eat foods rich in iron. Have a sirloin steak and your mac and cheese.

Nothing wrong with pasta. If you want to eat it more frequently, buy tofu noodles and use them instead of the pasta. Just wash them really good and pat dry, then cook in the microwave. You can also use spaghetti squash too.

Eat midnight snacks/ meals to get extra pounds. keep track of your body fat percentage. If it starts going up, you are eating too much. If you are gaining weight but your body fat percentage stays the same, it's muscle. Take amino acid supplement also.
-
Stay under your alotted food intake. Dont eat the extra calories you burned working out.
-
EAS low carb protein shake. They are pre-mixed already which makes them convenient.
-
It is convenient if you don't have time to cook. It doesn't taste that great though and the meat quality is usually crap compared to other deli's. I never get the cheese because you can't even really taste it and it just adds calories.
