I know it sounds weird, but I embrace that hungry feeling, especially when I know I've been eating correctly. If I have the urge to snack, I drink a green smoothie, water or suck on frozen grapes

I eat the tofu noodles. It really just depends on how you cook and and which flavors you incorporate into them. I drain them, rinse, dry fry them for about 6 minutes and then either saute them with soy sauce and chili paste along with garlic and mixed veggies, or top them with veggie meat balls and marinara sauce.

Thanks, everybody, for the replies. I'm going to meet up with her this Friday and have a long conversation. I've brought up counseling with her after I took her to the hospital, but she took it very offensively. I'm going to push it in the most loving and caring way I can though regardless if she gets angry with me or not.…

I think a lot of it has to do with the amount of caffeine in the products. Caffeine can be slighty addictive. Not saying that diet soda will make you gain or lose weight, ( I haven't actually read any scientific PROOF that either are true) but it could lead to other unhealthy habits.
