SAME! I used to hate it. Now I've grown to it. Instead of cracking open 2 cans of Pepsi Max with lunch just now, I drank 5 glasses of water. I feel so much more full than usual!! eek.. 3500 on tuesday (2000 in the space of about 30min). Give or take I couldn't even calculate it properly. Most I've ever eaten and hope I'll EVER eat in one go. I burnt off 1000 calories consecutively since then so I've forced myself to make up for it lol!

I just had a look at your link. I guess the calorie counts are so low for everything else that fruits and veggies won't cause too much harm. Okay, I guess it isn't bad, but it'd just be easier for someone like me to count everything and let myself have bits and pieces of what I want so I don't end up binging.

Yeah, this is true as well! What I do is if I ever go into the red zone, the exercise calories I work off the next day go towards the 'red' day.
