I did my 100 last night and I was so happy that I even got them finished LOL it felt good. But now today I can't stretch all the way without hurting but it's a good hurt that I neede to feel. Oh by the way I can't find the other posting so I thought I would just share here

Well I just wanted to let you all kow that I am so happy, I joined a Boot Camp and it starts this month on the 22nd and it runs for 4 weeks, I can't wait I am going 3 days a week and I am doing 3 cycles for not only the 4 week session but 12 weeks WOW it seems so long saying it like that, I'm just going to say 3 cycles…

I would drink almost all my cals then I went to coke Zero and I was doing a lot better then I went to Carbonated water with no Sodium and it's helping me kick the pop because I know it's something I need to do. Congrats to you who have kicked it I hope I can soon LOL :wink:

I feel you because I did the same thing today when I got up it says I was down 2 so when I can home after work I wanted to share with my mom and both weigh together and I was up 4 :noway: I was like what the hell how is that right.:sad: I am never weighing at night again when I started it was in the day when I first got up…

Ok well since you do both weight and cardio at the same time I guess I will try to put it as circuit training or aerobics. I was thinking about getting one of the monitors that tells you how many cal's you have burned by doing what ever it is that you have been doing just need to fine one that is within my budget right…

I love my elliptical I do about 30min everyother day it's between 200-300 cal I do it on weight loss level 2. I'm hoping to move up too 40min soon but by the time I am finish the 30min I am almost dead LOL ;) but I love.
