Day 29 Walked 6 miles - 600 Total - 600 Went to a retirement party for an ex-coworker after work. So, didn't get a chance to do much else. Didn't get home until almost 1100. Was an awesome time.

Day 25 Walked 4 miles - 400 1 pound weight loss -1000 Total - 1400 Sorry, I just physically couldn't do more. I finally got some sleep, everything caught up to me. I should at least get a lot of walking in today.

Day 24 I walked 7 miles - 700 Total - 700 I didn't get much else in because I spent the day just plain having fun with 4 kids. We went fishing, I watched one play some soccer, had a picnic, fished some more and then went and got ice cream before road trip home.

Day 22 Walked 8 miles - 800 Easy to get steps in yesterday, just nothing else. Worked for 2 hours in morning. Went to a college presentation, then traveled for 3 hours. Took 2 boys shopping for fishing stuff, dinner and bowling.

I usually go 6 days a week, sometimes I even do more. It depends on my day. It changes weekly. It also depends on my body. Sometimes it just says you need a rest day and I do it. If not, there are times I work out 7 days a week. Some days I do more than others though.
