My breakfast every morning is two hard boiled eggs and a banana. I love it because it's so simple--I boil up 10 eggs on Sunday night and then I don't have to do any morning meal prep all week! I'm with everyone that says that if you don't like cereals, try eggs!

Could also be hormonal changes! I often gain a little weight right before I start my period, but it's just water weight and I go right back down when it's over. Also it might be a different amount of food or water in your stomach, or any number of incremental changes that aren't fat gain. I use the program Happy Scale for…

I'm down to 199.2 today!!! Onderland!!! A little surprising though, as it's an almost 5-lb loss from last week. I was a touch sick to my stomach last night, and I feel like it might be mostly water weight lost due to that--gonna drink a healthy amount of water today and see if I'm still there tomorrow, but I won't be sad…

I'm 5'4" and 202 lbs as of today, down from a starting weight of 217. My first goal is to be 150 lbs by my 31st birthday (May 10, 2017), though ultimately I want to be down to a maintenance weight of 125-130. I've never had an adult weight below 145 before, and even that was only for a few months (I was in very rigid,…

I'd love to be friends! I started at almost the exact same weight as you (217.4), and as of today I'm at 202.2! I'm sooooo close! I hope to be in Onderland by next weekend. When I get there, I'm going to go get a haircut, my first in over a year.

I used to eat out every day for lunch, and I miss that!

If you're really weighing everything and haven't seen any loss, than I think that you might have an issue bigger than strangers on a free website can help you with. I feel like you should see a professional who can tailor a plan directly to your needs, whether that is a nutritionist, a GP, or even a fitness trainer.

Echoing the person above who said they could eat their whole days calories in Brie. Mmmmm Brie and applies, Brie and crackers...yummmm.

Tonight we're making turkey, brie, and apple sandwiches, tomorrow is lamb burgers, Thursday is salmon pastrami sandwiches, and Friday (plus weekend leftovers) is Tex-Mex lasagna!

Last night I was headed to a fancy dress party, and all week I was worried because the only dress I had that met the dress code that was even close to fitting was almost too tight the last time I wore it and involved a lot of sucking in my stomach and zipper wrestling with help of my boyfriend. But when I zipped it up last…

I'm with you! When I got on the scale for the first time in years I was like "please don't be over 200, please don't be over 200," but I ended up being 217! I'm down to 211 now, can't wait to be back in the 100s!

Hello! We have similar weight loss goals--I am trying to lose 67 lbs (from 217 to 150--I'm at 211 now). I'm also tired of the way I look (I want to like seeing myself in pictures again), and I have pretty good support via my boyfriend, who is not joining me, but is very good at being happy for me when I'm happy about my…

Hi Tracy! I'm also a nerdy girl working on her fitness! Feel free to add me! :D

So inspiring, congratulations! You put in a lot of hard work and it shows!

Two hard boiled eggs and a banana!

Is there a supervisor you can talk to to ask about getting some time away to eat? What would they have done if you had an allergy to the food they served? I know this is a volunteer job, but it seems unethical to me.

I'd love to be on the waiting list for next term. :) Hufflepuff 4 lyfe!

You don't lose or gain weight based on a single evening. It sounds like you've been eating well all week, having a drink (or even 1,000 calories worth of drinks) isn't going to make you wake up tomorrow drastically different.

I agree with everyone else! Denying yourself food is a quick way to burn yourself out quickly! I know I always want an "easy" solution of just a handful of foods I can always eat, but that just leads to cravings and frustrations. I definitely believe in giving things a try, but don't force yourself to eat foods you've…

So Say We All! I've been chubby Starbuck at more cons than I'd care to admit to, and I've recently set Comic-Con 2014 as my fitness goal to change that. You did awesome, and are totally inspiring! Can I friend you?

I'm not gonna lie...I never weigh myself before my morning poop!

I LOOOOOOVE salsa and pico de gallo of all varieties! Well, in all fresh varieties--I don't really like the paste-y stuff you buy off the shelf--I look for mine in the fridge near the veggie section. Classic tomato, mango, sweet potato, pineapple....mmm. I put it on sandwiches, burgers, eggs. I even use salsa or pico in…

Haven't done today's yet, but I woke up sore! I can go up stairs fine, but going down stairs is weirdly painful! The past few days, I've gotten a couple of regular push-ups in but then have to switch to knee--I hope to get to all regular by the time this is done! And I need to get another weight...I've only got one, so I…

I started yesterday--but maybe we could still be 30-day shred buddies?

The graph is my favorite part! I love this thread and ho everyone says the same stuff I think all the time! I celebrated when it said "that's overweight!," can't wait for "that's normal!" Also, when it makes me say why I think I gained weight is THE WORST. I wish "because I'm going to start my period today!" was an option!…

I've recently gotten really into Harvey and Son's Hot Cinnamon Spice. It's basically like drinking red hots. I LOVE it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE WiiFit. It graphs out my weight loss and BMI for me, and lets me set and track goals. I also like the yoga and boxing workouts a lot. Besides that, I also have Just Dance 3, which really gets me sweating--it's great for arm workouts.

I want to buy myself a kayak. I still need to investigate all of the costs involved (lifejacket, paddle, storage and/or car rack, etc), but it's something I'm strongly considering!
