These words will never leave my mouth.

Thanks. It feels a little weird as my plan was to be a 10k runner. I made the decision I don't want to do longer distances, so if I can make these a regular thing then I'm done as far as distance is concerned. However, my goal is to run a few each year, with one per year being for charity, so I'll work on collecting medals…

I did my first 10k run. That's a huge thing for me, considering I couldn't run 200m at the start of February. However, getting home tonight I realised the down-side. I've signed up to two races, one is a 5k in October and one is a 10k next May. I signed up for the 5k when I was only able to run two miles. At this rate, by…

I calculated mine a long time ago. I averaged 4000 a day.

Congratulations! I'm getting married in June 2013. Ordered my dress back in January, but will need it to be re-sized.

I only run outside, so far. I'm starting to plan ahead for winter, and trying to find a pay-as-you-go gym specifically for the icy or very rainy days. I'm looking forward to experiencing the treadmill for the difference, but I know outdoor running will always be my choice.

For me, it's running. Putting my music on loud, and getting out around the neighbourhood. My fiance is morbidly obese and we've been trying to find something he'll do for years, and just last week he discovered he loves tennis. I've been along and I like it for the fitness and social aspect, but it doesn't give me the same…

Thanks everyone! I'll start on 14th July. Gives me eight weeks at four days a week, with a week of leeway if I need it.

I'm in! I'll only count walking and running miles. 4th June 2012 - 4.16

Another one here who didn't hate being fat. I liked it, and I was happy, but eventually I realised it wasn't just about me. I wanted to consider a future with my own family, and I refused to stay the way I was because I wanted to be healthy for kids. If it were just about me, I expect I would've stayed fat and been fine…

Thanks very much! I'll get planning now.

This makes me laugh with my fiance. He's a Geordie, and his accent is always pretty strong, but as soon as he steps off the train in Newcastle when we go to visit his family, it gets MUCH stronger. I laughed at him for it once, and he said it's not intentional and got quite offended! That said, I have heard him a couple of…

I've never noticed mine being triggered by anything, but I seem to get it in a new place every two years, it lasts a year and then I get a year-long break. It started on my scalp when I was 18. 19 was a break year. At 20 it went to my toe nails, and 21 was a break. At 22 it was its worst, horrifically bad on my heels to…

My major one is on my back, and is a deep brown, but that didn't come from a good situation. I have lots of tiny ones on my hand that I don't remember getting, and have had since I was very young. I also have one close to the top of my left-hand middle finger. I was polishing a photo frame, and just gently tapped my hand…

I'm losing at an average of 0.3lbs per week, and I've been doing this day in, day out, since November 2010. Don't be disheartened, as long as you know that every day is better than it was before you started this journey. You're still losing, and you'll reach your goal the same as everyone else.

I follow that structure, simply because it works for me. If I eat a majority of my calories before lunch, I'm less/not hungry in the evening. If I don't eat a majority of my calories until after lunch, I'm hungry all day, even once I've eaten all that I'm supposed to and more.

For me, personally, it would be too much. 45 minutes is about my limit. I still see my commute as work time, and that's far too much 'live to work' and not enough 'work to live' for my liking. I'm very much a 'work to live' person.

I've been running since February this year, and my best two-mile time is 23m 28s. Keep up the great work!

A question for you: Why are you letting other people dictate when you can be proud?

Great work! You look fantastic!

I'm 5ft 1.8in - my goal weight is 120lbs.

It's here in the UK. It's like a luxury McChicken Sandwich. Much nicer chicken burger, a flour-topped brown ciabatta, mayo and batavia lettuce. It's higher calorie/fat etc than a McChicken Sandwich, but much, much more delicious so it makes a better 'meal'.

My fiance is morbidly obese, and has been extremely sedentary for years. Lately, we've been trying together to get him motivated to do ANYTHING. This past week, we seem to have finally found it. He knows running has become my identity, and he's been saying he doesn't feel like he has his own identity for quite some time.…

Congratulations! I started running in February, and signed up to my first 5k in April. The 5k isn't until October, though - I gave myself plenty of time to train, and I managed to run my first 5k not long later. I should be able to run the whole thing confidently by October, so just this week I signed up for my first 10k…
