Try to avoid creamy sauces and sour cream if you can. The hardest part for me is controlling myself around the queso. :-) Enjoy!

Drink water! Most of the time it helps me forget about the craving but if not try to keep some healthy filling snacks around. Some of my faves are grapes, Fit & Active caramel rice cakes, hard boiled eggs with crackers, bagel thins with Laughing Cow cheese, Special K Fruit Crisps for my sweet tooth. Good luck!

Well, successfully exercised two Wednesdays in a row this month so far! Sundays...not so much but I've decided to let that day be. Everyone needs at least one rest day so that will be it.

CW: 159lbs Didn't really up my water but did manage to get 7-8 glasses (some days a few extra) everyday this week. I love drinking water, just don't like running to the restroom every half hour at work. :-)

Didn't get my pushups in on Tuesday because I was really sore from doing some on Monday in a class I took. Did hop on the elliptical and get some cardio in though. Wednesday, didn't get much cardio in but managed to do 100 squats throughout the day. I'll work on today's and check back in.

I love this! Checking in for Monday - Ended up eating bread so that didn't work out. 50 minutes of cardio with a brisk walk and some circuit training in my CrossWalk class. Just finished 125 crunches and got 64+oz of water in. Night everyone!
