Made it through L1D2 and it did seem more tense today. Could be because I was still sore from yesterday and TOM's right around the corner though. I have a feeling Jillian will be on mute soon enough. :-)

Initially, I quit cold turkey and vowed not to eat out for a while. I eliminated processed sugars by substituting strawberries, blueberries, etc when I had any sweet cravings. The Wii is great for getting some activity in throughout the day. I have the Wii Fit game and it has some fun activities within the game that will get your heart rate going. L2D3 complete. It was a rough one today - hope it's easier tomorrow.

Oatmeal Boiled eggs Greek yogurt Bagel thins with Laughing Cow cheese Nuke a few eggs along with some veggies, cheese, whatever you want in the microwave in a mug and make yourself an Egg McMuffin with an english muffin. It only takes a minute or so for the egg to cook in the microwave and voila, instant breakfast.

Interesting, it happened to me too. Took away 60 calories from my daily intake. Thanks for the heads up.
