I'm 5'3 also. I'm trying to tone up because I am not happy with my belly at all. I just started yesterday and somehow got through today...not easy for someone who has never worked out at all.

Count me in....I started Day 1 yesterday and am hurting today. I'm not sure how I'll get through Day 2, but am encouraged by all who are on here working through it!

I started the Shred today. I started once last year, but I don't think I made it past week 1 before I gave up. This time I am definitely more motivated and am anxious to hear how everyone is doing.

I just completed Day 1, Level 1. I'm dreading how sore I will be (I never, ever have worked out), but am hopeful that my results will be good. For those of you that have seen such great results, have you combined it with other exercises or just done calorie counting and the shred?
