I wouldn't hurry, but if you are that concerned about your weight, snack on celery. They take more calories to digest than they provide. Therefore you are "exercising" by eating! What more could you want? lol good luck!

With treadmills, one doesn't propel themselves forward as one would when on pavement. They simply pick up and put down each foot. On pavement, you have wind resistance, (minimal effect, usually) uneven terrain, and other anomalies one negates while on a treadmill. I seem to run better on a treadmill. Also, I feel as if…

Janie, it depends on where your final location will be. If you stay on BAF, KAF, or JAF, you will be okay. They have a wide selection of food and do well to provide a balanced menu. It's the smaller FOBs and COPs you have to watch out for. What service are you in? What do you do? Message/friend me if you want. :)

I'm sorry you have had such horrible experiences. I have broken both my ankles twice, and like I said, prefer asics. They can be found relatively cheap as well. Just have to shop :) Sorry for the misunderstanding

That is absolutely horrendous. Bypassing the obvious bewilderment with the concept, it wouldn't teach discipline, or force the user to research and learn about nutrition to better themselves. Always trying to take the easy route... disappointing.

I am glad Nike is so much cuter, but which ones would be more functional? I prefer Asics, they provide excellent support, which I need, as I am 6'4" and 240 lbs. Remember to go with what FEELS good, not what looks good. If you have horrible ankles like you say, then a cute looking shoe isn't going to help you on those long…
