Wow! You look fabulous! I have the DVD but struggle to fit it in my day :/ but after seeing this I am going to make a BIG effort to do it. Congratulations on sticking with it! I am feeling really motivated now.

NTC (Nike training club) designed specifically for women. Its absolutely fantastic. Comes with videos to show you how to do each exercise and you can gain reward workouts with every session you do.....The 15 minute ab workout is a killer!!! Oh and it's a FREE APP!! :) Also you don't need wifi to make it work.

There are days when I'm lazy though and I think that's making me stuck. I try and plan out what I'll have for the day when I'm making breakfast, but maybe come lunchtime I don't want that. lol I try though.

Do you have a BODYPUMP class? It's a combination of mostly strength, cardio and abs. I go once a week, love it.
