Great topic! I have been in the same boat where I was struggling to do my usual gym routine, struggling to sleep and constantly feeling tired. A few days off did the trick. It's all about listening to your body. I'm thinking of mixing up my routines so I will definitely be using yours as a guide :D

All I can say is your calorie intake scares me. I haven't read the other comments but I'm hoping somebody has pointed out that all you will be losing is LBM. If you keep eating like that you'll develop a damaged metabolism. I incresed my calories to 1800 4 weeks ago and I've lost 5.5 inches in that time!

I tried upping my calories this week from 1200 to 1800.....it totally worked and I lost 3 lbs :D I found I have way more energy and my workouts totally kick *kitten*! I was hesitant to try it but now I'm glad I did :)

I just made the oreo one and it is good! I used cookies and cream protein powder but I think it would be better with chocolate. I live in the UK so I dont really understand the cup measurements...I used 110g of cottage cheese and 140 ml water with 5 ice cubes and 1 scoop of protein powder, 2 oreos :D
