I weigh myself every time I'm in the bathroom (I broke this bad habit awhile back, but I've started doing it again).. I only log it once a week. My weigh day is Friday morning.

Yes.. I consume all of the above.. in moderation (I've cut way down on the whole milk). Yes I'm losing weight.

3 things that made me HAPPY today: 1. Today is my son's 3rd birthday! 2. Today is my husband's 29th birthday! 3. I had all of my friends & family at my house today! I LOVE LIFE, NOT JUST TODAY BUT ~ EVERY DAY!!

WOW... some of the foods being named, we eat quite often.. Ahem, USED TO EAT QUITE OFTEN!. Calf fries (some call them Rocky Mountain Oysters - we call them calf fries here in Texas), raw oysters (FAVORITE), catfish, livers, deer, dove... We eat these things regularly!! I really can't think of a food (that I have tried)…

27lbs in 2007 before I got married (174 down to 147). I gave up because I was lazy, comfortable & careless. I've been with my husband for 12yrs & we have 2 kids (7yrs & 3yrs).. My thinking then was "Who am I trying to impress?"... My thinking now is "I WANT TO IMPRESS ME!!!"

My middle name is Anne, I love my whole name.. "Stephanie Anne." My Mom's name is Anne & I named my daughter Kendall Anne.

My daughter, Kendall, will be 7 on April 5th & my son, Colton, will be 3 on January 29th!
