I just went to a great Nutritional Seminar this weekend all about Paleo. It was very interesting. My gym is starting a Paleo CHallenge, Im really scared to start it. Its not a weight loss diet however i really need to drop some baggage!

I love popcorn, however you have to be exremely cautious with the type you make. I make mine on the stove with a teaspoon of oil and no salt. I also like jazzing up fruits with peanut butter, hummus is always a great option. Ashley (www.sickofbeingchub.com)

I love using my slow cooker, i make a soup/stew and bring that for lunch all week.

There is a reason why no one at Crossfit becomes a powerlifter, no one is trying. Of course you cant just do one specific type of workout to become an elite powerliter or runner, so your comments are completly irrelevant.

Been doing crossfit for years.. its unbelievable the things you can do once you start this type of workout. I went from the couch to Tough Mudder in 5 months! Now i do all types of extreme races!! Dont waste another day!! SIGN UP! -Ashley (www.sickofbeingchub.com)
