I am a mostly vegan and I get about 30 on a bad day and 50 on a good day so I wouldn't want to go back to 15 grams. I feel much better but you need to make sure you drink plenty of water! I drink about 4 liters of water a day. Good luck :flowerforyou:

You only eat carbs after a workout? That doesn't seem very healthy. Carbs are an important part of any diet and doesn't seem worth cutting out just because you don't want to bloat. Best of luck to you.

What I would suggest doing is getting your diet back in line and maybe try to up your calories if you don't feel full after about 1,400. I would also suggest adding some variation to your workouts, try different machines, do a DVD at home, etc. Also, don't be discouraged if you don't lose more than 1 lb a week. Many people…

I would suggest eating more fresh fruit and veggie (always low in salt) with homemade dips (hummus/black bean dip/etc), then you can control the salt :smile:

Fiber! As for chia seeds, look up recipes chia fresca. Delicious way to eat chia seeds. Another way the eat them is to soak them, then put them in smoothies. Yum! :smile:

It is important to also make sure your strength train, it may help reduce the cellulite and help tone/shape your body as you get slimmer. You could try to DVDs to start out. I would recommend the Butt Bible by Pauline Nordin or a Jillian Michaels DVD. I am doing it now and it's a killer!!! Hope I helped :flowerforyou:

Only other things I ever have water is Sparkling Ice, La Croix, Unsweetened Almond Milk, Unsweetened Ice Tea and Diet Sunkist........... and of course tons of water :wink:

Me! After two months with no meat, I can't stomach it at all! My sister tricked me into eating some, and ended up in the bathroom sick. I also feel really nauseous with any dairy products after a month of minimal dairy. You are not alone!!!! :flowerforyou:
