Screw 500 calories a day. Been there and not fun. If you put the best calories in the tank, you won't need to worry about the quantities. So carb up on fruit, veg, and wholefoods. Cheers :drinker:

The Butt Bible! Search it on youtube. By far the easiest and best I've found, and I was able to stick with it! It is seriously awesome! Here are my results from the first round: http://s1264.photobucket.com/user/Artgeek0531/media/3cbda306-565a-403c-944e-4af202633c61_zpsd7e02684.jpg.html

First you must define what carbs means to you. I personally define carbs as fruit, grains (rice, potatoes, etc), and veggies. See, with those you can have an abundance! But if you mean you mean fatty carbs like processed chips and whatnot, those pose a problem. By no means cut the good, wholesome carbs because those are…

Hey! First off before others jump on your case harshly, you are only 14 and really shouldn't be on this site but rather consolting your parents or your doctor. The best advice I can give you is eat a balanced diet of carbs, fats, and protein but don't not fixate on calories or weight in general unless your doctor tells you…

I can't personally say what is causing this for you since your diary isn't open, but the most common cause of increase salt intake is processed food. Generally, the less processed foods you eat the lower your sodium will be since you are more in control. I personally try to keep my sodium under 800 mg, ideally around 500…

Of course you can still lose weight! Just make sure you define what carbs means to you. To me, carbs are fruit, veggies, and grains (pasta, rice, quinoa, etc.) and I go crazy on those! I personally would not stick to the recommended about of carbs they give you because then you can't get in enough fruits and veggies. So…

I just took a quick sneak peek into your diary and I would say you are getting plenty of protein, espcially for the amount of calories you are eating. I wouldn't overdo it and just eat normally :flowerforyou:

I am all for hunting for population control (ex: deer) but endangered hunting is ridiculous and irresponsible. Other than areas which it is needed to protect your family (ex: aggressive elephants), it shouldn't be done.

You just need to remember one thing, did it take you 2 weeks to get to the state you are in? Of course not! Weight loss takes time, which isn't a very popular idea. Sustainable, longterm weight loss comes with time and patiences. You will achieve your goals, just keep applying yourself. Feel free to friend me if you want…

Smoothies..... 100% smoothies! The source of carbs is important so if you have a green smoothie or just fruit smoothie, which is a fabulous source of sugars and carbs, one feels very satiated and is ready to start the day with a smile. It has really helped my cravings in general too
