Almond milk! I think it tastes better, lower in fat/calories, and its higher in calcium. Unsweetened almond milk, FTW! :laugh: P.S Unsweetened almond milk is 30 calories a glass :bigsmile:

I own a Precor Elliptical and is the best one I have ever tried! (friends', gyms, etc.) Hope you find one you like :happy:

When I gave it up I replaced it with carbonated water, unsweetened ice tea, water with lemon, and fresh fruit/vegetable juice. Just stay strong! You can do it :flowerforyou:

Vitamix...... hands down (in my opinion :tongue:) (P.S in response to price, the best place to get it is a costco. And you can make way more than just smoothies in it. I use my every single day and can't imagine using anything else! Well worth the money.)

Try eating at least 30 grams of fiber (from plant matter), I think the MPF fiber is low. And also drink tons of water!
