  • Hmmm... I got some Korn, Pantera, Disturbed, System of a Down.. etc. etc. Anything with a hard beat (maybe a little anger behind it) always pushes me.. whether it's Cardio or weights you can really use the music.. If it's your style of course!
  • Awesome... I've had problems with eating disorders in the past and you have been a huge inspiration to me. Thanks!
  • I'm a personal trainer myself, and although everyone has a different style of training the lack of cardio puzzles me... I wouldn't log in any extra calories.. depending on what type of HRM you have they can be very accurate so just judging by how intense the workout is and subtracting here or there could potentially hurt…
  • I have these shoes and I love them for the most part... they tend to make a couple of my toes fall asleep when I run and I have heard that from several other people.. but I've gotten great results in combination with my workouts if you can get past the funny feeling in your feet.
  • Haha.. don't wanna sell mine, but I highly recommend it! Everyone in my family uses 1... saves on weight, food, money, and dishes!
  • I got Kellogg's waffles!
  • Check out HIIT workout on the internet... highly recommended for maximum results during a busy day/life!
  • I have friend who does Insanity... from the sounds of her workouts, it's very high Impact.. I don't know about Turbofire but have heard rave reviews about both. Since you already know the routine on P90X (I have this workout and I love it by the way) maybe try doing the next level.. if I remember correctly there are…
  • I also have P90X and I think it's a great program! I strongly recommend following the food recommendations, no matter what type of job or any other exercise you may or may not do along with it... It looks like you dropped a lot of weight during your first transition and you might just be ready to hit a plateau... if you…
  • I don't think you have anything to worry about in terms of an injury. I've always recommended to my clients after a strenuous workout or when introducing something new into their routine is to take a very hot shower (recommended right after the workout and get it as hot as you can stand it) and stretch the areas you worked…
  • Feel free to add me... we can all use ambition and motivation such as yours! Way to go.. getting back on track!
  • Try bodybuilding.com, It's not all body building type exercise, it's a great site for exercises individualized for men and women, and a gallery of many different workouts.. you can use one of theirs or put together your own combo of what you like! It's a good resource though!
  • Mmm. wow! That sounds great!! I know what I'm having for dinner!
  • Circuit Training is a great cardio/ strength gaining workout... I suggest to check out the one's on the net.. and make your own combo!
  • Mmmm.... I've made an awesome Chicken, Asparagus, & Mushroom Pizza before, it was amazing! I substituted Alfredo (light) for sauce and was very skimpy on the cheese.. crust was thin whole wheat.. the flavors combined was delicious.. if you would like the recipe let me know.. I'll share!

  • Slowly and surely you can get right back to that flat belly. Your skin is very elastic and with time your stretch marks will fade but not necessarily go away. When I had my daughter (16 months ago).. I had a C-section so I have a scar rather than stretch marks but it too is fading and when I tan it's almost gone, I never…
  • Great Post.. I agree! Be proud of what you eat when you eat it, especially if an appetite is what you've been lacking in the first place on top of having a beef allergy! You go girl for putting it out there! And I believe it's not what goes into the body that defiles the body but what comes out... you're doing a great job,…
  • I think it all depends on time and effort spent.. roughly you can burn MAYBE 64 calories per every 20 min. of intercourse, think about running on a treadmill.. how hard do you really have to work in order for that treadmill to read 100 calories burned.. most take at least 22 min. and when you get off you should be winded…
  • Maybe think about changing up your routine. If your doing a lot of Cardio exercise try doing a primary strength training program or vice versa... even the slightest change can make the biggest difference. Have you thought about taking a break? Take a couple days to a week off and let your body adjust to not working out ALL…
  • I don't think you are sabotaging your weight loss as of right now... but remember the more weight you have to lose the faster and easier it comes off, no matter if it's a matter of exercise increase or calorie decrease, so eventually you will hit that plateau where something will need to change. My advice is to start using…
  • Hi! I'm a trainer and nutritionist at a local gym in my town.. and I'll give you some advice if your interested. Working out at night is not necessarily "bad" for you... the key is consistency... if you can go at least 5 times a week to a gym (whether you attend in the morning or in the evening) for 30 min... you've got a…
