Im In!!! Ive already done 2 sets of 50. The second set was with the added weight of my almost 2 year old. about 27 lbs. So taking a break then back at the other 50!

My main advice would be to always log everything, Even if you dont eat healthy one day LOG it in. Dont feel guilty if you mess up. This is a lifestyle change not a diet.

I want to also point out that the reason why you exercise is to build mucsle and tone your body. The cardio is also to burn extra calories if you eat a sweet or something that day. Its all bout how you balance it out. But if you create to largeof a deficit your body will think its starving.
