Schadenfreude is actually MUCH more subtle that sadism.

Chicken wings are meat, so 3 ounces?

I have to say, you have to be very dedicated to do this as frequently as kittens need it. Kudos!
-
Mama cats do it, unless you get an orphaned kitten. And it's not "teaching them to pop," it's a reflex. Kittens respond to mama cat's stimulation, again, unless the mama isn't there. These instructions are how to simulate what mama cat would do.

Belly side. I suppose that is below.

Hoe isn't just "considered" a "colloquial curse," it's only actual, dictionary meaning is as a garden implement (noun) or the action of using that implement (verb). "Hoe" as a "curse word" is a mispronunciation of *kitten* and that meaning of "hoe" is entirely colloquial. I, personally, do not understand why people…

No, I don't think it's "the worst." About 90% of your complaints about English are about American colloquialisms. All cultures have colloquialisms. Why single out English; especially saying "Is English the worst?" when your complaints are almost all (but not all) referring to American English? There actually are reasons…

If you make a scientific claim you need to prove it is true. It's not true because you say so, unless you are a recognized expert and present your own credentials for validation. APA format may not be necessary, but the idea that "resources I've come across" are valid sources of information is absurd. Name at least one of…

But stopping amphetamines could not have made her hungry, since she was not given amphetamines, and did not indicate she was taking them for any other reason either.

You can find "some people" who say anything at all. Scientists do not say it matters how many meals a day you eat or what time you eat.
-
There is no scientific evidence that eating one large meal a day is a bad thing. It does not matter how often or what time you eat.
-
It's not bad for you. It's called intermittent fasting. I find that it is much easier to stay within my calories if I do all my eating for the day in a 5 hour period. For me, it's 3:30pm-ish to8:30pm-ish. It doesn't matter what time or how often a day you eat.
-
Agreed. How dare you actually suggest something scientifically and mathematically sound? Where is the broscience, goddammit!?!
-
If you really want this to be a lifestyle change and permanent you really should NOT give up everything you love. You can have anything that fits your macros once in a while.

How could it taste any better?!? It's like heaven in a tub now!

Trazodone (Desyrel) has fewer sexual and weight gain side effects than most antidepressants.

Please cite these sources. I've seen not a shred of peer-reviewed evidence that water "assists your metabolism, " or that water in food and beverages is any different in terms of hydration than plain water. As i have said, "pure" water barely exists in the universe due to water's nearly being a universal solvent.
-
That is my point. Caffeinated beverages are no more dehydrating than water itself. It is not something to worry about. Tea = water in hydration terms.

Amazon. One pound bag is $9.17, shipping is free. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005DFL4PM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=A2K7U87QYP2I29

I like the plain better. If I want a peanut butter/chocolate flavor I use Torani sugar-free chocolate syrup instead of water. Most of the time I prefer the plain peanut flavor.
-
Can you cite those resources, because my resources say otherwise, which is why I posted them. The Mayo Clinic says you are incorrect.
-
Caffeine does not dehydrate you. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/caffeinated-drinks/AN01661 Water is water, even if it is juice, milk, soda, coffee, tea or in your food. You cannot find "pure" water because water is a nearly universal solvent. You are equally hydrated by water in fruit, soda, coffee, or plain tap water.…

OMG good sense is refreshing!
-
Cool info, bro. There is no evidence people "confuse" thirst with hunger. Water may help you get past a hunger pang, but there is no evidence this is because of any confusion. It also may not.
-
Yes, and "they" have said this for a LONG time. The Mayo Clinic ALSO says this. Here's the scoop. Women need about 64 ounces of hydration per day and men need about 90 ounces. ALL THE WATER in your diet counts. That includes the water found in all your food. Caffeine is a mild diuretic, but no more so than water, which is…

My problem with "already counted" exercise calories is what if I am unable to do the workouts I've already counted? What if I get extra exercise? If I don't count it first, it's likely to be more accurate.
-
Mmmm...most of us would gain on 15000 calories a day. (105000/week) The question is how are you not as big as Jabba the Hut? What seriously strenuous workouts do you do?
-
There is nothing magical here. All you are doing is averaging out your calories over a week rather than on individual days. It will work just as well, and no better than, eating the same number of calories per day. For every 3500 calories more you burn than you eat you lose one pound, no matter what time of day or week you…

Sermons? He11, that's what xians tell you on YouTube posts and forums at MFP, for the love of FSM! "You're an atheist because you want to be free to sin." The part they don't seem to get is that I couldn't believe if I wanted to. I just don't see any convincing evidence that a god exists, and saying I do doesn't make it…

Oh, absolutely, the times they ar a changin'. I have to say where we stand now is more than I dreamed I'd live to see.
