To love sardines- start fishing... they make great bait, and you can take a fish oil supplement for the Omega's! Most of the oil in good fish oils is from sardines.

You likely just cooked out moisture... use the weight before cooking to be accurate, with serving size nutritional info.

I just switched to light vanilla silk, 70 cals., from a few varieties of almond milk... The unsweetened almond milk is 35 cals... but for 35 extra cals, the light vanilla silk is my choice. I could drink almond, but didn't ever enjoy it. The light vanilla silk tastes like good vanilla ice cream! Love it!

Fitbit can be great.... I was amazed at how much more active I was until i saw the results. Just be sure to calibrate your strides for fitbit.
