Congratulations!! That is quite the accomplishment!! I just did Week 4 day 1 and I had break up the last 5 minutes! I really thought I was going to die!! But I will tackle it again until I get it! I can't imagine 20 minutes yet!! Good job!

That is great!! Good job sticking to the morning routine! I think it would make the rest of the day so much more energetic and positive! I also wake up with back pain and have major heartburn. I totally agree with this comment! I can't stand to hear her talk over and over again. I would add my own music and modify the exercises to what you CAN do. I am on day 6 of level 1 and I have noticed it does get easier, even though I still get out of breath. Keep your head up!

My weight is 205.8 lbs. I sure hope it is muscle weight building!! I gained 4 lbs after I lost 3 since I started tracking! But I started the gain after starting 30DS. I am on level 1 day 6. I will focus on more cardio! I started week 2 of the couch to 5K so hopefully sticking with that will help too!:tongue:
