Oh and apparently to stop them going slimmy if you're putting them in a stew or something "if you place them in just enough cold water to cover and squeeze an entire lime into the water and lime juice and just let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, then drain and season" it stop it!

Ha ha - I got over excited and bought some a couple of days a go not knowing what to do with them! Looked up some recipes & some of them I roasted with a bit of salt & pepper, and some I chopped & fried up with onion, garlic, cumin, corriander, gram masala & chilli - both were scrummy!

I really struggle with snacking at work when I'm sat in the office for the day - I take in healthy things to munch on, but always end up eating them really early on in the day. I am trying to drink water when I start getting tempted now & try and spread the 'fun' jobs I have to do through the day so if I feel myself…

Bump! Great thread! I make a lot of different salads which I try & mix up a bit (at the moment I'm having pea & goats cheese salad for lunches, with a pitta or wrap) and then just take an array of different veg, nuts & dips to snack on.
